When remodeling your bathroom, there are two directions you can go with the shower: a pre-fabricated unit formed of man-made materials or a tiled stall built from scratch.
I'd like to say that one is better than the other, but I can't. Time was, tiled stalls were considered superior to the pre-fab units. But now, pre-fab units have come a long ways and in many ways are superior to the tiled kind.
