Before you go into a meeting with a replacement window company (that is, before the replacement window company intends to assault you with meaningless facts and illusory sales-talk), you had best know a few things about windows. The basic stuff you should know is that double-hung windows are the most popular, cheapest, and do the best job at keeping your house warm in winter and cool in summer.
