Nearly 4 years ago, I wrote a profile of Zen Windows of Columbus, Ohio. Because the window replacement industry is rife with bull, Dan Wolt's low pressure approach to window selling seemed refreshing. If anything, the name was unique.
Dan, who has been in the window business for decades, has a philosophy about selling windows. Imagine that.
So, it's good to hear that Zen Windows is not only still around, but kicking. Zen has expanded to a brick-and-mortar in Shawnee, Kansas. Plus much of Zen's operations have shifted on-line, reducing the in-home time spent with the measurement specialist.
Because, believe me, if you hate window salespeople hanging around your house for hours--they don't want to be there, either.

I have worked with Dan and Zen Windows for several years now and I can honestly say his business is one of a kind. Zen Windows did my windows, siding, and gutters and the experience was second to none. The best part Dan did not ask for a penny from me until the job was complete and I was happy!
