Certainly a surface bathroom remodel is possible in that timeframe--but even a more extensive remodel can be done:
- Tear out old drywall.
- Minor electrical rewiring to bring it up to code (installing GFCI outlets, etc.).
- New bathroom flooring.
- Install entirely new shower or bathtub/shower combination.
- New drywall installed.
- Two coats of paint.
- New toilet.
- Sink installed within new sink base.
