Insert upper mounting ring around sink sleeve. It will now be just below the rubber gasket, from the previous step. Note that the curled side of the upper mounting ring will point downward (so that the smooth side is up).

- Install Sink Sleeve in Sink
- Apply Rubber Gasket
- Install Upper Mounting Ring
- Install Backup Ring
- Install Snap Ring
- Screw in Backup Ring
- Put Stopper Sleeve on Disposal
- Affix Disposal to Sink
- Attach Drain Pipe and Plug in Disposal
