Now our view of the coped joint for corner baseboard molding moves to a lower, oblique angle. Now, you can see better how the two baseboards fit together.

The left-hand board is simply cut at a 90 degree angle, butting the wall. That's the easy cut.

The harder cut is the right-hand board. The profile of the left-hand board is traced onto this right-hand board, then this shape is cut out by hand with a special coping saw.
